Teambuilding training

Our experience in working with different cultures ensures that we know how to create an environment in which everyone feels safe, seen, and heard. Being able to deal with diversity is an important competence and value, also in music. If everyone played the same thing, the music would sound very boring. When people show their individuality, the music becomes more exciting and interesting. However, music also benefits from inclusiveness: the various elements that together create a whole.

In this training we use composition and improvisation techniques, where everyone is invited to create input according to their own individuality. Everyones input is always brought together to create a collective piece of music. The power is that in these processes the hierarchy between people disappears for a moment. The abilities for which you were hired no longer count. Everyone is equal and can contribute in their own way. This also requires an attitude in which you dare to be vulnerable. How do you deal with ‘not knowing’? How can you help each other to achieve a result? Ideally suited to connect teams or departments.

YOU WILL LEARN:

  • what the power of the group can mean for creativity

  • to deal with diversity

  • to strengthen your personal relationships and cooperation within a team

  • more about your colleagues in a different way

  • what your role could be within a larger team

  • to conduct non-verbal communication

  • to improvise and experiment

  • to think about new possibilities.

“Just a few hours ago I experienced Lucas’ training and my heart is still beating at the rhythm of the music he helped our team compose. Lucas is an inspiring and truly passionate professional who believes in what he does: changing the world and its people, through music. Highly recommended for all organizations and whoever is interested in discovering the power of music”
